Terms & Conditions of Booking & Services
By booking studio time or services with The Posh Lofts (“the Studio”), the Client agrees to the following Terms & Conditions. These policies exist to ensure fairness, professionalism, and clarity for all parties.
1. BOOKINGS & PAYMENT TERMS
Deposits & Final Payment

Generally, payments for bookings and services at The Posh Lofts are paid in full. In cases of a payment plan, a non-refundable deposit of 60% is required to reserve and lock in a booking date.

The remaining 40% balance is due no later than 5 business days prior to the scheduled session, unless otherwise stated in writing.

Payment on the day of service, with the exception of overtime fees or add-on fees, is not permitted.
Late Payments

Invoices not paid by the stated due date are subject to a late fee, which may be applied at the Studio’s discretion.

Failure to remit payment on time may result in delays to service, content delivery, or cancellation of the booking.
2. SESSION TIME & KNOWING YOUR BOOKING WINDOW
-
General studio bookings: the Client’s booking time includes setup, filming, breakdown, and exit.

For bookings with Studio's production services, setup and wrap-up are included in your paid service. Client's booking time covers filming. Studio team begins setup prior to client arrival and begins wrap-up at the end time of Client's recording session.

Sessions must conclude by the scheduled end time unless an overtime extension is approved.

The Studio schedules buffer time between bookings and cannot guarantee extensions.
3. OVERTIME POLICY

Any time used beyond the scheduled booking window constitutes overtime.

Overtime may occur due to late arrivals, extended discussions, additional takes, set changes, guest delays, or Client-directed decisions.

Overtime is billed proportionally based on the Client’s original booking rate and service type.

Verbal notice may be given onsite; however, the Client is responsible for tracking time regardless of whether notice is acknowledged.

Overtime fees are the sole responsibility of the Client, including compensating production staff and crew.
Failure to pay overtime fees may result in withholding of raw or edited content until the account is settled.
4. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY & TEAM DYNAMICS

The Studio is not responsible for internal Client team coordination, guest arrivals, or decision-making delays.

If overtime occurs due to a guest or team member, how the fee is handled internally is the Client’s responsibility.

The Studio will not arbitrate disputes between hosts, guests, or third parties.
5. SET CHANGES & STUDIO ACCOMMODATIONS

Set changes, reconfigurations, or accommodations requested during a session consume booked time.
-
The Studio may accommodate requests at its discretion; complimentary (or paid) accommodations do not waive overtime policies.

Additional setup requests do not extend booking time unless formally approved.
6. CONTENT DELIVERY & ACCESS

Raw footage and edited content are released only after all invoices are paid in full, including overtime or late fees.

Content delivery timelines begin after final payment is received.
-
Disputed charges do not authorize content release.
7. PROMOTIONS & PRICING CLARIFICATIONS
-
Promotional rates (e.g., bulk hours, studio-only discounts, platform-specific offers) apply only to the services explicitly stated.

Studio rental promotions do not include professional labor, production services, equipment, or editing unless clearly specified.
-
Pricing comparisons across different services or promotions are not valid grounds for disputing invoices.
8. NO CONTRACT CLAIMS

A signed contract is not required for these Terms of Agreement & Conditions to be enforceable. Your booking confirmation is a legal form of agreement.

Booking confirmation, invoice payment, and/or use of the Studio constitutes acceptance of these terms.
9. PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT & GOOD FAITH
-
The Studio operates in good faith and expects the same from all Clients.
-
Attempts to dispute clearly communicated policies after services are rendered may result in denial of future bookings.
10. FINAL ACKNOWLEDGMENT
By booking with The Posh Lofts, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to Booking Policies, Terms & Conditions, Company Rules and accept responsibility for all fees incurred during their session.

Booking Rules & Important Notes:
Your booking time must include your setup, wrap-up, and breakdown. Failure to leave before your end time will result in overtime fees. All security protocols provided in check-in instructions must be followed and all activity must be confined to the studio space. No photography, videography, or loitering is allowed in the hallways or common areas outside of our studio. Do not leave any personal items or unfinished beverages/food at the studio. These must be taken out with you as you leave.
Content Restrictions
NO MUSIC VIDEOS, NUDITY/ADULT CONTENT, CONFETTI, OR GLITTER ALLOWED IN THE STUDIO.
Time Extensions
Extensions may be approved depending on availability. Notify us ASAP if you need more time or likely to run over time.
Noise & Music Policy
NO OUTSIDE/EXTERNAL SPEAKERS (of any size) are allowed in our studio. Music may only be played from your phone, laptop, or our Bluetooth vanity mirror in the studio. Any noise/music violations may result in penalties.
Furniture & Props
Please do not place shoes or feet on any furniture. DO NOT DRAG furniture—if you wish to move furniture around for your desired aesthetic, pick up the furniture and return items to their original position before the end of your booking.
Extra Guests
Additional unapproved guests will incur a $10 per person, per hour fee.
Food & Drink
No eating or drinking in the sets, but you may eat in the designated kitchen dining area. Stains, spills, or damages to props: $75-$150 penalty. Penalty fees for damages to furniture may vary.
Smoking & Fire
NO SMOKING OR VAPING. No open flames or illegal drugs/substances allowed anywhere on the premises. Stove and oven use is strictly prohibited.
